ANJE apoya eliminación de funcionarios para reducir gasto público
Santo Domingo, RD.- La Asociación Nacional de Jóvenes Empresarios (ANJE) apoyó este miércoles la reducción de la cantidad de viceministros con fines de reducir el gasto público, tras considerar elevado el número de estos funcionarios en las instituciones estatales.
La entidad empresarial hace este señalamiento, en ocasión de la publicación de la Resolución 101-2012, que emitió el Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP), la cual establece el número de Vice-Ministerios por cada cartera,
El presidente de ANJE, Manuel Cabral agregó que “para ANJE es sumamente importante que la cantidad de viceministros, y demás funcionarios públicos, que ocupan los órganos gubernamentales sea acorde con lo establecido en los artículos 134 y siguientes de la Constitución, las leyes orgánicas o de creación de los Ministerios, de manera que cada cartera cuente con el número razonable de funcionarios, y con esto se lograría una definición más productiva de las responsabilidades de cada uno de ellos.”
Sostuvo que la reducción en general del número total de empleados de cada ministerio es una medida que favorece la reducción del gasto público que requiere las finanzas de la nación.
Entiende que con esta primera reducción del número de viceministros se enviaría un mensaje adecuado al sector productivo para fortalecer la institucionalidad del país.
ANJE aprovechó para declarar que la institución mantiene altas expectativas que el presidente electo, Danilo Medina, realizará las designaciones que estime necesarias en el órgano público, en función de la capacidad técnica, experiencia laboral y cualidades morales positivas que ostente el profesional de acuerdo a la necesidad de la institución a ocupar.
