ANJE presenta a Danilo propuesta “Debate Presidencial 2012”
Santo Domingo.- La Asociación Nacional de Jóvenes Empresarios (ANJE) informó este jueves que el pasado miércoles presentó formalmente al candidato a la presidencia de la República, Danilo Medina, la propuesta para participar en el “Debate Presidencial ANJE 2012” que organiza dicha institución a ser celebrado en el mes de abril del presente año con motivo del proceso electoral que tendrá lugar en mayo próximo.
El presidente de ANJE, Manuel Cabral, expresó que “ya presentamos personalmente al Candidato por el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), al licenciado Danilo Medina, la propuesta formal que incluye las reglas y formato bajo las cuales se regirá el Debate Presidencial que ANJE está organizando, y quedamos a la espera de su confirmación por escrito para participar en el mismo.”
ANJE reitera que la realización del “Debate Presidencial ANJE 2012” es una excelente oportunidad para que los Candidatos postulantes expongan a la sociedad sus propuestas a través del debate organizado de las ideas, pues representa un paso significativo para el fortalecimiento de la democracia dominicana y es un método eficaz para fomentar el voto consciente de la ciudadanía.
Cabral agregó que “en los próximos días nos reuniremos con el Candidato a la Presidencia por el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD), el Ingeniero Hipólito Mejía, para presentar de igual manera, la propuesta formal.”
ANJE lleva más de una década tratando de lograr la celebración de los debates electorales presidenciales, porque entiende necesario que los candidatos presenten de manera clara y precisa sus propuestas de gobierno, y estén dispuestos a discutirlas con sus principales opositores.
En varias ocasiones ANJE ha celebrado debates municipales y congresuales, sin embargo, la entidad entiende que “es momento de que los candidatos presidenciales de los partidos mayoritarios participen en esta iniciativa que busca fortalecer la democracia Dominicana y trascender a la forma tradicional de hacer política”.
