Sostiene voluntad política es fundamental en Mesa de Exportaciones
Santo Domingo, RD.- El presidente de la Asociación Dominicana de Exportadores (Adoexpo) consideró como fundamental la voluntad política para la implementación de la Mesa Presidencial de las Exportaciones, en el marco de una estrategia nacional que promueva a este sector, que consideró vital para el desarrollo económico de la Nación.
Kai Schoenhals respaldó las declaraciones ofrecidas por el presidente de la Asociación de Empresas Industriales de Herrera y Provincia Santo Domingo (AEIH), Wadi Cano, quien deploró que el Gobierno no haya puesto en funcionamiento la Mesa Presidencial de las Exportaciones.
Puso como ejemplo el exitoso modelo de Corea del Sur, el cual comprobó que una economía como la de la República Dominicana puede sacar provecho de su potencial mediante medidas decididas.
También dijo que Corea del Sur fomentó su crecimiento mediante las exportaciones, que su economía era muy similar a la nuestra y que en la actualidad tiene uno de los ingresos per cápita más alto del mundo.
El presidente de Adoexpo expresó que “esperamos que a la estrategia nacional de exportación se le dé el debido curso, y se le ponga la debida atención”.
